There is a voice that has always been speaking to you.
This space exists for the people who have felt it, in the quiet between thoughts, in the moment a book falls open to the right page, in the inexplicable certainty there is more. More than the life they've been living. More than the self they've been performing.
My name is Adwynna MacKenzie. I'm a bestselling author, intuitive guide, and The Scribe. I live beside the ocean in Portugal, where I write, play, and work with people around the world who are ready to stop looking outside themselves for what has always been within.
My book Carefree, It Starts With Open — a #1 Amazon bestseller — is the story of the morning a voice told me I was safe, that everyone I loved was safe, that I was officially off duty and could go play. It took me a decade to fully understand what that meant. The revised and expanded edition, returning May 2026, carries that decade of living inside the question.
I work with people one on one in what I call Openings — conversations where something that has been waiting finally surfaces. I don't tell people what I sense. I ask. The answers are always already there. The session simply creates the conditions for them to be heard.

My Welsh name, Dwyn, means to bring or to carry. I have spent my life bringing stories forward and carrying people toward the truth of who they are.
I have been doing this work, in one form or another, for over twenty five years. I do it faster now, and with more precision. But the essence has never changed — I hold the space steady while you find your way back to yourself.

I love to explore the old heritage buildings in Portugal. There is such history here in this land and the people are friendly and warm. Couples and families of all ages walk hand in hand, sharing their love openly.
The land sparks memories of times past that inspire me and give me inner peace. The pace of life is slower, more relaxed, and the food is incredible!
